In all seriousness, we started the team at Trust Active to help anyone who is experiencing paranormal activity and that is exactly what we do.
Over the years we found that many of you do not understand or are confused about paranormal events that can surround you. We discovered there was a main element of fear when this strange phenomenon choose certain individuals to express itself to. We can assure you it is not to be feared and with our experience in working with what most people understand as ghosts, we like to make it known, a spirit as we recognise as ghost is a recording and is non communicative, this is why we seperate the two meanings. Yes, it is easy for us to say not to be feared but believe us and trust us when we have learned as a team to work with any spirit activity, no harm will come to you when we are assisting you.
Our first objective is to listen to what you, the client has to say and acting on the information given, we can then arrange the investigation based on your experiences. Our advice and results would be at your convenience at all times.
The team at Trust Active would understand the situation you are experiencing and make every effort to be discrete and professional, we really do understand and we will help by giving our expertise from the results and during the investigation. As you may understand, we work mainly in the darker hours. This is what we call the quieter time and has shown more frequent results than the daylight hours. It is a myth that spirit only let themselves be known at night so that does not mean we cannot work in daytime hours as well, it is just convenient in the darker hours.
Although we have strict rules, we are very open and relaxed, and we do have a good sense of humour. We do see the, sometimes, humorous side of events and it would not be normal to be otherwise. But our conduct is never in question, we work to the best of our ability for each and every client. We have a strong belief in trust, honesty and respect for all, client, spirit and not forgetting, your property.
Another important statement we will add is that we do not charge our clients. We do accept donations, and we mean most sincerely, only if they are be offered. This is solely used for equipment or transport costs.
