Investigating Paranormal Activity

Spirit Activity

How do you realise or sense spirit activity?

Many of us have realised that we all have a certain ability.

It is the recognition of certain feelings that show us there is something close around us. Sometimes the ability lets us see, hear or feel the presence.

How is it done I hear you say?

Some are born with this gift. Others are trained. Many are helped with the aid of meditation, this clears the mind and opens the way for learning.

When working with a team, over time, you can share your gifts between each other. You interact with each others gifts.

As many will understand at most times spirit contact can come through in what we call puzzles. As a team each individual will get the separate pieces, it is then that a successful team will put it all together with the information they all have been given. It is then that the answers are found.

Many parts of information are given by thought, these will be logged as the investigation is current and in time is put together each time the team needs to discuss their input.

Touch, from spirit is not common. Mainly this is because the protection each individual investigator has given their-self will restrict a spirit from getting to close. At times this can be strengthened or weakened to either push away or allow contact with the spirit.

Protection is the most important part of any investigation. Protection to the individual investigator and all who are within the area.

When you have the experience to open and close yourself against the elements, only then are you ready to go forward.

The negative side of spirit is something you do not take lightly. It can be very unpredictable, violent and depressive. It can attach itself to an individual if unprotected. It can push, poke and effect you in many ways.

Negative does not mean poltergeist, but can be recognised as similar. It has been known that many negative spirits are no more than frustrated. By this I mean they are not getting the answers they need for some reason, therefore they show anger to get the attention so as to show their presence.

This is mainly to be heard and tell of their discomfort. Once they have made contact they usually settle down and most agree to be moved on.

True negativity is the opposite, it is a spirit that will not want help and is there to torment. It has an axe to grind and is the dominant one. When entering a place of this spirit you will normally find it is very suppressive.

It can cause depression and in the long term will intend to drive you away. Poltergeist is the strongest spirit, you will need a strong team to deal with this type of spirit. It can move any object, and use it as a missile directed at what it wants. It can make physical contact.

To move this spirit on can take a lot of strength and much experience.

All this information is based on events that we….trustactive….have experienced, apart from the last paragraph. Not to say we are not ready to deal with this kind of event.

Truth is the way forward and truth is what you are reading now.

Someone once asked how we write our articles!
It is based on our true experiences, thats why it is easy to talk about it and share it. This helps anyone who has had experiences and needs to understand what they are going through, not all can handle the shock of seeing what they dont understand.
