Who are we?
Alan
We are a team who use our gifts to the best of our ability.
This means that on our first visit we would observe and identify any disturbance and we will give you the facts and the advice on what action should be taken if needed.
Lorraine
If activity is sensed we will use our professional gifts to calm or release the said activity within the property. We would discuss with our client the advice recommended before any work is undertaken.
Jeff
There are occasions when the client does not want the activity released and is happy to have the spirit stay. If we find the spirit is not trapped or is not of a negative nature, we would agree with the client.
We do not work with young children in the area of the investigation, we ask each client to make arrangements for the children to be away at each investigation.
If pictures or infra-red filming is taken, all footage will be the property of Trust Active.
Steve
We are not a ghost hunting group and we do not involve ourselves with arranging tours. We are purely spirit rescue, Investigation/Advice and if needed, Clearance.
We are a genuine group that helps anyone that feels that are in a situation concerning a paranormal event.
We will not display any clients identification on our website unless we have the clients permission.
Privacy to the client is essential.
Our group at this time consists of 5 Team members.
