Investigating Paranormal Activity
This is a favourite story by A.D. Hippesley Coxe from Haunted Britain; it is about ghosts perceived as a “doppelganger”
This involved a navy lieutenant serving overseas.
His wife, always with him, dreamed all the time of a certain house. As the children grew up, “Mama’s dream house” became a family joke. When the father retired they returned to England to look for a house in the country. Approaching one place, the mother said, “but we are coming to my dream house”. Though decided, she told them the route they would take, which they did. At the house the estate agent met them. Shown over it, the mother kept remarking on changes made to it. “But surely the stairs used to come down here? Oh! Yes, I remember now, they were altered when we were in Hong Kong; that would be about fifteen years ago”. She was right every time.
The children asked if the house was haunted. “Yes”, said the agent, “there is even supposed to be a ghost”.
They bought the house. Later the mother met the agent. He asked if they were happy. “Perfectly”, she said, adding that the children were disappointed not to have seen the ghost. “I did not think they would”, said the agent, “you are the ghost. I have seen you here many times”.

Some individuals are quite satisfied to think when we die it is the end, it is final.
Ask yourself the question? “ Are they atheist”. With this in mind it has to bring religion into the question because of your soul! As there are many types of religion I will not go into the in’s and out’s. You see it is said that the soul never dies.
I am not what I call an over the top religious person but I do have my beliefs. I say this without meaning to insult any person about their own personal religion.
I do also believe in the afterlife and your soul has its purpose on the other side.
I believe you are on this earth plain to learn. It is playing a great part for your next stage and decides where you go from here, but you must learn and understand from the paths you follow on this earth plain.
I also believe in spirit guides, it is not chance or luck that guides you through this life.
Certain events of your life will show you good and evil, right and wrong. This is to test your progress for the path you decide to take. It is your choice!
Fate has a label of it’s own, I believe this only comes into effect when an individual brings this on themselves, through a series of their events.
The word “fate” is sometimes used as a way to excuse poor decisions made by individuals on this earth plain.
An individual can be in the right or wrong place at the right or wrong moment in time. “Wow that was a mouthful”.
If you are chosen and it is your time to go nothing will change this. Some events of death can be horrific, even unjust, where others are very calm and it is always the hardest thing to accept a loss.
We often here the words, “only the good die young”, there is an element of truth in this. There is a possibility you have been chosen to do certain work on the other side? But that can also apply to all ages of life.
Obviously everyone has their own opinions, to which I respect and understand for the reasons of their own belief.
But remember, beliefs can change over a period of time.
Nobody really knows which path they have to follow and just some of the rules we know are right and wrong, good and bad and honesty and love. Not forgetting your religion.
Mistakes are there for us to correct, each one a learning curve. It is an individual’s choice to discover the life they wish to lead. Some find it easy, others find it very hard.
There are all kinds of diversions in life, you just have to go with your feelings and your trust, not only for yourself but for others, to find your own path. Guidance will be there but as an individual you need to choose.
Treat others and your surroundings as you would be expected to be treated yourself.

On your travels, you walk into a dwelling. Once entered you feel a tingling sensation all over your body, you feel as if you are being watched when you know no-one is there. You can sense you are not entirely alone.
Strange how our body and senses pick up these unexplainable events, isn’t it?
Not all individuals have such experiences, you could be in the same area with a friend and your friend does not sense a thing! Even stranger, don’t you think?
Some of us are more sensitive to these unusual events and for this reason react to paranormal activity far greater than most.
You don’t have to be psychic to feel, hear or see these phenomena. Many individuals are chosen by spirit because spirit knows the reaction will be to their advantage, this is to receive an answer from you or for you to find somebody who can communicate with them.
The majority of time for spirit contact is usually for you to receive a message or pass the message on.
Sometimes spirit will be attached to an individual for reasons of either they like your company or you have something in common with them, also the obvious is family ties.
With this type of spirit there is nothing to fear, they are not there to harm you.
If at any time they become a little overpowering, just ask them to step back and give you space. They will listen.
On the other hand if they do not comply it can mean they are eagar for you to find a team like us to help you. Most visiting spirit will accept your request.
We work with spirit who does not want to agree with an individual’s request, so we do understand. It is finding out what the spirit wants and needs.
On occasion the spirit will be frustrated because it cannot get through to an individual, this can cause the spirit to be a little disruptive and annoying, but not negative I might add. This works in their favour because the spirit knows you will do something about. This means you will find someone to help you and they will complete the link to helping the spirit. Hence the spirit has guided you to someone who can communicate and find the answers it needs.
Many events of paranormal activity are involved with children. This is because their minds are clear and they are innocent. You should always listen to a child that tells you they see or talk to someone in your dwelling.
Yes! I know! Lots of children have imaginary friends but listen to them in more depth and understanding.
Spirit messages can be sent through a child! Again, most cases are not to be feared, don’t panic, it is the way of spirit communication.
I will say that if your child is suffering in any way from spirit activity you should contact a professional team like us to help and resolve the event.
Identifying the child is not imagining an event is to ask the child for a description of the spirit, the name of the spirit, where it shows itself to them, the age, the way it is dressed? You will find the child will know these things if they are happening and you will realise they are true.
Be calm and placid when you ask the questions, it helps for the child to understand they have done no wrong.
Remember there is always a respectable and professional team around for you to contact, they know what is needed.
Beware of fun teams; always ask questions to make sure they know what they are doing. Get references if possible.

How many individuals have ever sensed that something is near or looking at them, only to find no-one there?
How many individuals have noticed out of the corner of their eye, something move or see a shadow or figure?
How many individuals have heard a voice or disturbance and found no-one around but them?
How many individuals have notice a sharp drop in temperature around them when it is mild or warm?
How many individuals……………”Oh! Come on”, there are too many to count. Each and every day, (or night), there is something to record with paranormal activity.
These events are produced for a reason, ”yes it’s true”, it is communication from what is known as the spirit world.
“It’s no good saying rubbish or pushing it to one side”.
Too much evidence in the past to this very day has been recorded. Just because it can’t be explained does not mean it is not there.
Let’s face it, unless you fully understand, “let’s call it the messaging service”, you will never learn what is happening on this earth plain.
When various evidence is shown to be unexplainable this produces the meaning “paranormal”, how amazing it is to find some individuals do not even accept this recognised and man made meaning and still disbelieve facts that have been thoroughly inspected and investigated by professional and experienced individuals.
True sceptics will investigate a paranormal event before they make any comment. Disbelievers just make a comment based on their own belief.
We have spoken to many disbelievers in the past and they all have had their strong and sometimes blinded beliefs, until they actually experience paranormal activity theirselves. They then have the problem of telling others about it, but only if they can accept it?
The ones that do have said it is one of the hardest things they have ever done because not only has their belief been changed but they are now in the same boat as us, trying to explain it is true!
You cannot change a persons opinion or view if this is what they believe, we would not try to, but if and when they are chosen to experience an event from the spirit realm, let us know and we will promise not to say “I told you so!”.

Events of recorded ghosts are very common but you will find over many years they can actually fade away. Many investigations which are arranged on these from old information often have zero results.
Also many paranormal authors have written about ghosts and where they were sited. Have you noticed it all seems to be about the same old hauntings? , none of these are recent, that’s the art of climbing on the band wagon and making money I suppose.
Either there is a lack of registering and recording for the latest ghosts or there is a genuine low amount of them? It is a shame the authors do not investigate before writing the same old stories. They could actually say they have not been seen for years! The owners of such dwellings that are mentioned in these stories would never agree to that would they?, public interest would drop if they new the truth maybe?
If the owners, occupiers and authors allowed the professional groups to investigate these dwellings, “Oh! But wait a minute”, “ if they did that there might be questions asked?”.
Many places of interest are still worth visiting even if there is no paranormal activity, I mean, the history alone is fascinating.
“Come on you owners/authors, come clean! Either accept an investigation or print the true facts.
Bye the way, an investigation is not a singular event, be prepared for a lengthy but constructive project.

This is to explain some of the work we undertake.
The three of us entered this dwelling, it felt so depressing and heavy,
no sooner had we walked through the door it hit you, the tingle up our spines, right to the neck, it was as if we were expected, a confrontation from the darker side maybe?
Male it was, and this spirit was not to be trusted at any time.We all could sense the negative energy it reflected. Nasty, unstable and very dominant.
It had all these qualities.
We had sealed and protected the outside and inside of this dwelling, no spirit would leave and none would enter. Protection was most important and was completed before entering the dwelling.
Lorraine, Jeff and myself (Alan), we were moving up the staircase towards the four bedrooms.
As we approached the top there was a large crash as the loft hatch dropped down, swinging on the hinges and it swung violently as if it was being blown in the wind.
“Yes! You bet it made us jump!”
Following this there were several thumps on the wall as if someone was running down the landing and thumping the wall as they passed.
As we reached the landing it was silent,eerie, and very cold.
This particular spirit was found to be a young lad of around early twenties and the team had sensed he was frustrated with not being heard or seen in this dwelling. He wanted to be known to the residents, he liked the music they played, as they were all musicians. He did not understand why they could not hear or see him.
On conversing with him we explained they could only sense him at times and unless he agree to understand this he would have to move on from the dwelling. He agreed he wanted to stay and would not upset anyone further and he understood the situation now we had explained it.
The next spirit we encountered was an elderly man, very gentle and had been in this property since he passed.
He was very polite and asked us if it was possible if the tenants would keep the garden looking nice. His request was undertaken and he does not bother the residents since this request.
Our final spirit in this dwelling was very cunning and evil.
He would portray nasty moments of his life, like torture. Lorraine could actually feel her wrists bound and bleeding. She also had her leg kicked from behind during the investigation.
We could not get a name for this spirit but soon realised he had duped us on the first night. He had cloaked (hidden) and pushed another spirit foward in his place as we attempted to clear him.
We were called the following day to advise us of the situation and it was worse. We arranged to go that very night as we cannot and will not leave our work undone.
Hence to say we had the same reception on our arrival, even heavier suppression and you could actually sense the fear this spirit showed. He new we were good at our work, he had been found out and was angry.
It took us several hours to clear this spirit as he made every sly move in the book. He would inflict his evil thoughts onto us so we would feel pain but the teams strength together would bounce it all back to him.
He finally and forcefully was brought into our circle and sent to a safe place,away from harming anyone ever again.
As soon as this spirit was moved on, the place brightened and was very calm. We were all absolutely drawn,exhausted but very pleased with our results. Our work had been successfully completed.
Our filming on that night showed many unexplained light sources and several unusual voices were heared on the audio recordings. The three of us were effected in many ways, from depression to pain.
Obviously there are parts missing to how we conduct our clearance, this is very private and professional, we aim to give you an insight of our work to explain what we are subject to. This is why we always say,” leave it for the experienced”, please. At no time do we need to add or hype any investigation, it is as it happened at the time.
